A prominent education finance company approached GrowthGear to design and develop a comprehensive platform aimed at providing financial assistance to students pursuing higher education abroad. The project encompassed three core components: a product website to showcase the platform's offerings, a user web application for prospective students to apply for financial assistance, and an administration dashboard for backend operations to manage the received applications.

Introduction

The client sought to create a seamless and efficient platform to support students aspiring to study abroad by providing financial assistance. The platform needed to be user-friendly, secure, and capable of handling a large volume of applications. The project was divided into three main components: a product website, a user web application, and an administration dashboard.

Solution Overview & Methodology

Recognizing the client’s need for a comprehensive and efficient financial assistance platform, GrowthGear developed a solution that addressed all core components. The solution was divided into several key areas: User Web Application, Administration Dashboard, and Product Website.

User Web Application

The user web application was designed to enable prospective students to register, log in, and submit detailed applications for financial assistance.

  • Register Users sign up using their personal phone number, which is verified via an OTP service.
  • Login Users log in using the registered phone number and OTP.
  • User Dashboard A personalized dashboard allows users to create new loan applications, access submitted applications, and edit profile details.
  • Create New Application Users submit preliminary details such as country of study, university, course, and personal details including academic scores, identification information, and financial information.
  • Co-Signer Details Users provide co-signer information, including personal and financial details.
  • Completion Screen Users receive a success message upon completing the application process.

Administration Dashboard

The administration dashboard was built to streamline the operations team’s workflow, allowing them to view, process, and manage the received applications.

  • Login Admins log in using their email and password.
  • Admin Dashboard Provides an overview of new applications and important metrics like the number of applications received and processed in the last 24 hours.
  • Manage Applications Admins can access detailed views of individual applications, update application statuses, and add comments.

Product Website

The product website serves as the marketing front for the platform, highlighting its features and benefits to prospective users.

  • Homepage The landing page introduces the product.
  • About Us Describes the main offerings of the platform.
  • Education Loan Details specific features related to education loans.
